Payment card information is never stored on our servers. All payment processing is handled directly by PayFast using industry-standard encryption.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a period of 5 years after account closure, as required for legal and accounting purposes under South African law. After this period, your data is securely deleted.

If you cancel your subscription, your creator profile will be deactivated but your data will be retained for the period described above. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 9.
