Your personal information is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Payment card information is never stored on our servers. All payment processing is handled directly by PayFast using industry-standard encryption.
While we take data security seriously, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a period of 5 years after account closure, as required for legal and accounting purposes under South African law. After this period, your data is securely deleted.
If you cancel your subscription, your creator profile will be deactivated but your data will be retained for the period described above. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 9.

COLABD is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete their account and associated data immediately.
