Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering on or using the COLABD platform. By creating an account or completing payment, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
COLABD is an online creator marketplace platform operated by Digi-Style Creative Agency (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa ("we", "us", "our"). The platform connects content creators and influencers ("Creators") with brands and agencies ("Brands") for the purpose of ambassador programmes, campaign collaborations, PR partnerships, and related marketing activities.
The platform is accessible at colabd.co.za and any associated subdomains or applications.
To register on COLABD as a Creator you must:
Creator access to COLABD requires a monthly subscription fee of R149.00 (one hundred and forty-nine Rand) per month, inclusive of VAT where applicable. This fee is charged via PayFast, South Africa's trusted payment gateway.
Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. By completing payment you authorise COLABD and PayFast to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@colabd.co.za. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months already paid.
If a payment fails, your account may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled. We will notify you via email before suspending access.
We reserve the right to change the subscription fee with 30 days' written notice via email. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these terms without refund.
COLABD facilitates introductions and connections between Creators and Brands but is not a party to any collaboration agreement between them. Any contractual relationship formed as a result of a connection made on COLABD is solely between the Creator and the Brand.
COLABD does not guarantee that any Creator will be approved by any Brand, receive a campaign brief, or receive a PR package. Approval decisions are made solely at the discretion of individual brands.
COLABD does not guarantee payment or compensation from brands to creators. Any payment arrangements for paid collaborations are agreed directly between the Creator and the Brand.
The COLABD name, logo, wordmark, platform design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Digi-Style Creative Agency (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any COLABD intellectual property without prior written consent.
Content you upload to your creator profile (photos, rate cards, bio) remains your intellectual property. By uploading it you grant COLABD a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform for the purposes of operating the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Digi-Style Creative Agency (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions, if required by law, or if we discontinue the platform. In the event of platform discontinuation, we will provide 30 days' notice and pro-rata refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
